Membership is guided by the terms below. By using or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
A. Membership and rights of admission are reserved solely for:
- Indian Nationals & Citizens
- Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)
- Non Resident Indians (NRI)
- Persons of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage
- Persons who intend to marry persons of Indian Origin
B. As a member you confirm that you are:
- 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man)
- Legally competent to marry as per the law applicable to you (you may register stating “Awaiting Divorce”)
- Not prohibited by any applicable law from entering into a valid marriage
2. Registration
A. Complete registration with fairness and honesty. Efficient matchmaking depends on true, accurate, current and complete information and photos. Do not enter details in the wrong fields, repeat details unnecessarily, or upload others’ photographs. You alone are responsible for information provided. We may request additional details to serve you better. Profile details are reproduced on an “as is available” basis to other members. You may give a missed call to an outlet for callback assistance, or share contact details via registration campaigns. We may also reproduce your profile information within our consortium of websites to provide better prospects.
B. If any information (including photos) is found untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate membership without notice, forfeit amounts paid towards membership fees, and refuse further service.
